Samuel Fox Lofts in the heart of Downtown San Diego is historic 6-story mid-rise building originally built in 1928, renovated in 1960 and converted to residential lofts in 2004.

Situated on the corner of 6th Avenue and Broadway on the edge of Downtown's Gaslamp Quarter, Samuel Fox Lofts was renovated and converted to residential lofts by Champion Development Group.
