The Mills At Cortez Hill Condos consists of two buildings, a 6-story on the corner of 6th Avenue and Cedar Street and a 5-story on the corner of 7th Avenue and Cedar Street. The complex includes the historic Mills house that is used as the community's clubhouse.

The Mills was built in 2004 by Skandia Real Estate Group and its two buildings include 133 studios, one, two and three bedroom condos and lofts plus retail space on the 6th Avenue building that is currently occupied by 7/11. Floor plan sizes vary from approximately 400 to just over 1,700 square feet.

The two buildings are separated by an interior landscaped courtyard. The 3,200 square feet historic, 1901 built Mills house is used as a clubhouse/amenity room.

Needs to be noted that studio units do not have interior laundry, but a community laundry room is available.
