San Diego Condo Sales History (1999 – 2009)

On the above chart which is based on monthly sales data from Sandicor and SDAR, we see that median sale prices on attached homes (condos) in San Diego County were at the highs on November 2005 when they hit 66.8% of those in January of 1999, while since then median sale prices were at their lowest in March of 2009 when they had fallen to 23.76% of those in 1999 (a 43.04% drop from the November 2005 highs. Since median sale prices for attached homes (townhomes and condos) had hit the lowest in March of 2009, at the end of the year in December of 2009 rose back up to 37.67% of those in January 2009.

New Interactive Map Search

Besides the new look on the site, we have also added a new fully interactive map search tool that we believe will make your experiance on searching condos for sale in San Diego easier and more excited!

You can now set your own criteria by even drawing your own search boundaries on the search map. Once you are logged-in, besides the listing’s address, pictures, listing agent’s comments and virtual tours (where available), you will also find specific neighborhood information such as public transportation, schools, libraries, shopping, movies, coffee shops and restaurants that are nearby the listing which you are viewing by just clicking on the “Neighborhood” tab.
Excisting VIPs may use this new Map Search by simply logging-in using their current log-in information. New visitors who register using this tool may also use our powerful listings search as well as the one of the pre-set specific area seach tools.

Since this new “Map Search” is new and still being worked on, I suggest that when you find one or more condo listings that you like, you also use the existing Condos for Sale in San Diego, searching by the MLS # of the listings you have already found just to double check availability and accurancy or just contact us so we can check for you.

We expect to have the Map Search completely worked on sometime during March!
