New Downtown San Diego Developments
Bayside at the Embarcadero
Bosa’s new and most luxurious hi-rise development at the San Diego’s North Embarcadero is poised to become the San Diego’s newest and finest residential waterfront community. Bayside is a magnificent 36-story tower that features condominium luxury high rise homes and spacious townhomes as well as Enoteca, the Bayside’s exclusive wine tasting room. Constraction was completed in Summer of 2009. Bayside comprises 236 homes on 36 levels including 209 tower

Constraction was completed in 2009.
